The weekend...

On Saturday I learnt that after not drinking in such a long time, having half a bottle of red can reall make me feel ill...

On Sunday I learnt that the world didnt end, surprise surprise! I also learnt that some things you really want to happen, wait until after you've stopped thinking about wanting them!

On Monday I learnt that when I'm making pasta my machine doesnt roll out very good spaghetti, so Ill have to stick to linguini or hand cut from now on!

Got mah hurr did

I learnt that I can accept my self as a ranga! Today I got my hair died orangey/red, just a little change from the blonde that I'm used to!

Pay rise

Today I learnt that if i do the write thing at work, while everyone else is doing nothing I will be rewarded! With a $3 an hour pay increase! Yay It was back dated too, so this was an extra special pay for me!

My Bad...

I learnt to make sure I've turned my park lights off before exiting the car... hello dead battery!

P.S Sorry its been a while between posts, I feel as though the universe knew I was going to start this up again and gave me something majorly annoying to learn!

Cocktails...

I learnt where my priorities lie.

So I havent had a lot of money to spend this week, and when my sister asked me over tonight I thought it would be a good way to not spend money (by not going out).
I also got given a thankyou for house sitting card with $50... I spent this on ingrediants for cocktails for my sister and i to drink!

Tight...

I learnt how hard it is to recover after spending all my money on online purchases and seeing more then a week on $20

FML...

Today I learnt that sometimes when I think I'm doing something smart, it might backfire on me later down the track...

When I started my current job, I was given a set of keys to all of the buildings, masters to keys to buildings I don't even go to and keys to my office. At the time, knowing how bad I was at remembering important things, I put that set of keys with my car keys, that way I'll always have them at work, because I drive to work.

Anyway today I drove my sisters car to work. My work keys are still with my car keys... at home.
(also because I'm using an old phone until my new one arrives i couldn't even call my boss... seriously FML)
